Please Join Us as We Celebrate the Life of Elaine Papagno by Making Snack Packs for Chemo in Her Memory
The Unforgotten Haven is using the monetary donations that were made to us to purchase items for Snack Packs for Chemo, as per her families wishes. Please join us for a night of assembling Snack Packs for Chemo in Memory of Elaine Papagno. We will put a list on this event page of items you can bring so we can make as many as possible.
- Prepackaged peanut butter crackers
- Prepackaged pretzels
- Small box of 100% apple juice with a straw
- Hard candy, mints or lemon drops
- Cookies in sealed individual packages
- Chapstick or lip balm
- Packet of tissues
- Homemade cards or notes of encouragement are greatly appreciated and one can be placed in each bag.
Elaine Papagno, 80, of the Leisuretowne section of Southampton, NJ, passed away Sunday, September 30, 2018, at home.
Born in Jersey City, NJ, Elaine resided in Southampton for the last 18 years. She was an Administrative Assistant for Delran Board of Education. Elaine was a parishioner at the Church of the Holy Eucharist in Tabernacle, NJ. She was an avid NY Giants Football Fan and a member of the Pooligans in Leisuretowne.
Wife of the late Andrew P. Papagno; she is survived by three sons and two daughters-in-law, James A. and Sharon Papagno, John Papagno, and Joseph and Bridget Papagno; her sister, Carol Capone (William); three grandchildren, Jamie, Timothy and Nikole; her niece Lisa Steiger (James); her nephew, Anthony Capone; her two great-nieces, Alexandra and Jessica.
